About Salamander Sinkers

Founded in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2009, Johnny Stone, an avid fisherman was plagued with the issue of wanting a fishing sinker that allowed him to spend more time fishing rather than replacing with every snag. As a result he took an industry standard the Carolina Rig and made major enhancements to it. Much thought and planning was devoted to the formation of a product that would avoid snags as well as protect the fishing environment from lead pollution.

As a result of this need a revolutionary product was developed that will change the way fishermen think about using sinkers currently and in the future. This new approach is an out of the box application that looks at the purpose of the sinker with the realization of how the basic concept hasn't changed in many years.

Our mission is to supply the fishing public with new innovative products for the terminal fishing market at exceptional quality and competitive prices. We at Salamander Sinkers strive to make your fishing outings productive and pleasurable by providing products that are environmentally safe.
